Searle.  This is an early history of the town of Montgomery, Texas and western Montgomery County, Texas published in 2012 for the 175th anniversary of the founding of the town of Montgomery in July of 1837.  This 58 page history focuses attention on the long forgotten Lake Creek Settlement in Austin's Second Colony.
