TOUR OF TEXAS HISTORY #3 - "Mier Expedition" - October 30 & 31, 2009

The Texas Heritage Society is taking a trip to Ciudad Mier, Estado de Tamaulipas, Mexico to learn first hand about the Mier Expedition and the Black Bean Episode.   See current tour details on the Texas Heritage Society Home page.  This tour will begin in Rio Grande City, Texas.

This is a rare slice of Texas history that no other historical group in the State of Texas has ever undertaken before.  You will need a passport to go with us on this trip!  If you do not have a passport and would like to go, get your passport as soon as possible.
